Sisyphus

The feet that tread into a newer world,
Urged on, prodded and intuitive,
the very prompts of necessity.

The paths earlier beaten,
Mixed bearings for retreat,
blasé and satiety in curiosity’s belly.

As humans we need to learn,
We may be held back by systems,
but this is no reason not to try.
